Teaching teachers in Malawi

Alan has started a new group of 18 leaders and pastors on his Teaching Teachers course. This will take at least one year for the group to complete as the course can only be run at certain times of the year. I have also completed one training week with 19 of our leader’s wives and will do the second group the week of July 19th.

I thought the ladies filing in were another choir, but then realised that they all held a piece of paper with a Beatitude reference on it! Each lady then proceeded to say one Beatitude by heart, then they turned around and thanked me for teaching their leader, who came back and taught them!! I was almost crying!

I was so encouraged to see that it was working, God’s word was being taught and passed on and making a difference in women’s lives!
