Holy Spirit breaks into Mozambique Council

Pastor Elwyn Williams writes from Mozambique:
It was a great joy to be reunited with the leaders and visit many churches at our recent trip to Mozambique. It was thrilling to be greeted by the singing and dancing of the saints and to be welcomed back into the hearts of the people of God. The national leaders have taken full responsibility for the work and are demonstrating levels of maturity where important decisions have to be made.

During our visit Liz and I ministered to the leaders and their wives and gave seminars encouraging them to remain strong in the Lord and in the power of His might and to live in the vision that God had given to them for Mozambique.

There were many significant “God Moments” in the National Council. The Spirit of the Lord was so strong that we had to stop and go away and pray, many of the pastors spent the night together praying seeking the Holy Spirit’s guidance. The Spirit of God challenged the leaders to release the younger generation into ministry. This was a break though for the Mozambique church. as the new national leader Apostle Marcus Binda is 37 years of age It was a pleasure to be part of the Ascension Ministries Council and to observe the way the leadership was lead by the Holy Spirit to make each decision.
