Ordinations in Durban

On Sunday the 2nd May, Brother Eugene Naidoo was ordained as a Pastor in the Newlands West church in Durban. Since the death of Pastor Moses Govender in 2008 the church has been taken care of by the local elders. However, God has raised up Eugene under the mentoring of Moses and we are delighted in this call as Eugene is a young man with great vision and enterprise. He will also be an asset to the National Council.

A baptism service was held with candidates from the Mitchells Plain, Delft and African churches here in Cape Town and altogether it was a great day of celebration.
