Ebbw Vale win Burma name competition

Ebbw Vale Apostolic Church has won the competition to name the Burma Children’s Home. The name given was ‘Asher’ which is Hebrew for a ‘promised life with blessing and abundance’.

From the 1st-8th July Ps. Eric Parker and team will be going out to visit the house in Burma for the official opening.

‘The trip to Burma was a great success. The children formed a choir and led the worship with children’s songs and actions. We had the privilege of informing them that many people have been praying for their arrival and are keen to become their sponsors. The news about their sponsors was met with great excitement and big smiles.’
