Staff Training begins in Burma

Thang, Miriam, Lydia and Rebecca will be the carers at the new Apostolic Children’s Home near Yangon in Burma. All four of them recently graduated from the underground Bible College and are wonderful young Christians dedicated to caring for Kids at Risk in Burma.

At the moment, the staff are attending child care courses in Burma and then they will be completing their training by working in several Kids Alive homes around the country. Once this is complete, they will be introduced to the children they will be caring for, getting to know them and building relationships.

Please pray for them all during this important time as they grow as a “family”, building trust and loving, caring relationships. Pastors Eric Parker, Brian Campbell and Glen Chaplin will be visiting Burma and inspecting progress in December.
