Counselling Course Graduation in Latvia

John Yeoman writes from Latvia, ‘On the 24th of October there will be a formal graduation service and ceremony at the Platone Church for the students who have completed the lessons and assignments since the beginning of the year in the “Foundation Course in Christian Counselling” which Margaret Yeoman has been leading.

With a little hard work, we have been able to translate the resources available to us into Latvijan for the benefit of our students, and as you will imagine this has helped them tremendously.

We are indebted to Baiba, one of our translators, who has worked long hours at both the written and oral aspects of the work in order to bring these lessons to her fellow Latvijans and also helping to bring the course to a wonderful conclusion. Baiba stands alongside Margaret each month in the classroom room translating the teaching, as well as helping to clear up any misunderstandings!
