Premises required in Latvia
John Yeoman writes from Latvia: ‘One of the ministries that our Ogre church is involved in as they prepare for the winter, is the setting up of a soup kitchen to meet the hunger of many of the less fortunate in their town. It is in its early stages, but first impressions have shown this to be an exciting venture.
We need a suitable premise to operate from and we need a suitable premise for our church to meet in, as the building we are using is proving to be too small and a hindrance to the developments that are in hand, and the vision that the church has. Ogre is blessed with people who are really involved in their church’s activities. There are so many opportunities in Ogre but we lack a facility of our own. Presently, and for some time now, the church rents rooms from a local Russian Baptist Church’.
